Houston disc golf is bigger than it looks on a map. T.C. Jester is the city's friendly 21-hole classic with distance holes and a blue-tee layout past 8,300 feet, while Texas Army Trail in Cypress and Agnes Moffitt's flat, tree-lined 21 holes round out the open-side of the scene.
Northside Christian in Spring is the hidden heavyweight — a church-campus course with USDGC-style par 4s, tight woods, and four water hazards. The Houston Disc Golf community runs Sunday Funday events and Zube Tuesday leagues, and nearly all of Houston's mapped courses are free to play. Summer heat is the main challenge — play early or late.
